Agility Change Projects is an independent management consultancy founded by Joel Beharall. Operating as a solo practitioner, Joel established the business to provide clients with direct, expert partnership, addressing the inherent challenges businesses face during finance and technology transformations.

Joel’s career began in external audit and risk assurance for top-tier global accounting firms. While managing complex audits for multinational corporations and SMEs, he realised his true interest lay in the systems and controls producing the financials, rather than the audits themselves. He recognised that enhancing these underlying processes not only guarantees robust financial outcomes for business leaders but fundamentally elevates the daily experience of the teams operating them.

Transitioning into industry, Joel managed complex consolidations, plc reporting, and acquisition integrations in senior finance roles. However, driven by a desire to deliver more impactful organisational change, he moved exclusively into project-based interim consultancy. Focusing heavily on finance transformation and core system implementations, Joel identified a recurring flaw in how businesses deploy new technology.

Combining his ACA Chartered Accountant experience with his PRINCE2 Agile project management certification, Joel partners directly with clients.
